Due to the personal nature of our products, all personal care items (including soaps, balms, and skincare) are final sale and not eligible for return.

Return Window
We accept returns on unused, unopened accessories (such as loofahs, soap poufs, and diffusers) within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
