Our Shipping Guarantee
All shipments are protected against loss, damage, or theft through our third-party shipping insurance. In the rare event your order is impacted, we will file a claim on your behalf to make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible.
Claim Qualification
To qualify for a refund or replacement, the issue must meet one of the following criteria:
Lost Packages
A package is considered lost when the carrierβs tracking does not update to βDeliveredβ and the carrier confirms the package is lost.
Damaged Upon Delivery or Stolen After Delivery
If your order arrives damaged or is stolen after being marked βDelivered,β please submit a claim using our Contact Us form.
Important Requirements:
Damaged Items: Clear photographic documentation of both the product and packaging is required. Claims cannot be filed without this documentation.
Stolen Deliveries & Future Orders: Following a reported porch theft, all future shipments to the same address will require Signature Confirmation for added protection.
Undeliverable Packages
If an order is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, we will issue a refund for the product purchase price only. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
If a package is deemed undeliverable by the carrier and is not returned to us, we are unable to issue a refund in this case.
Please verify your shipping information carefully before completing your order.
Heat-Sensitive Products
Our foot balms, lotion bars, and lip balms are made with natural oils, butters, and waxes designed to soften at body temperature (98.6Β°F). Because of this, softening or melting may occur during transit, especially in warm weather.
We do not issue refunds for products that have melted during shipping. Melting does not affect product quality or performance. We recommend tracking your shipment and bringing packages indoors promptly upon delivery.

Handcrafted Product Variations
All of our soaps and body products are handmade in small batches using natural ingredients. Because of this, slight variations in color, design, and weight may occur. These variations are a normal and beautiful part of the handcrafted process and are not considered defects.
Ingredient Transparency & Personal Responsibility
While we strive to create gentle, high-quality products, individual sensitivities can vary. It is the customerβs responsibility to review the full ingredient list on each product page prior to purchase and use.
If you have known allergies or sensitivities, please consult a healthcare professional before use.
Cross-Contamination Awareness
All products are made in a shared workspace using shared equipment. While we follow strict sanitation procedures and clean all equipment thoroughly between batches, we cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from trace amounts of other ingredients.
Safety & Proper Use
We recommend performing a patch test before using any new product. Apply a small amount to the inner elbow and wait 24 hours to check for sensitivity. Discontinue use immediately if irritation occurs.
Our products are for external use only on the skin. They are not intended to be ingested or used in the eyes, mouth, or internal body areas.

Subscription Terms
The Ninety-Nine Club β Subscription Renewal & Cancellation Policy
The Ninety-Nine Club is a monthly subscription that automatically renews every 30 days from the original signup date at a rate of $9.99 per month.
By enrolling, you authorize Psalm 23 Soap Ministry to charge your selected payment method for this recurring monthly subscription.
You may cancel your membership at any time through your account or by contacting us. Cancellation will stop future renewals, and you will continue to receive your membership benefits through the end of your current billing period.
Subscription payments are non-refundable.
Membership benefits, including free gifts, samples, and shipping codes, are refreshed on the first day of each month.
Memberships are for individual use only and may not be shared.
